Caring For Your Children (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates caringforyourchildren.com and our family of city daycare websites. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you contact us about enrollment, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit our waitlist, tour, or contact form, we collect:

• Parent contact information — name, email address, phone number
• Child information — first name, age or age range, desired enrollment start date
• Inquiry details — preferred tour times, the message you send, how you heard about us
• Marketing attribution — UTM parameters from the URL, the page you arrived from, and the page where you submitted the form (used only to understand which marketing channels work)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enrollment, tour, or general inquiry
• Schedule and confirm tours of our facility
• Place your child on our waitlist and communicate availability updates
• Send program updates, registration reminders, and (with your separate consent) marketing offers
• Improve our website and our marketing

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

We send two categories of SMS messages, each requiring its own opt-in:

• Transactional SMS (required to use our service) — tour confirmations, enrollment updates, time-sensitive coordination with your family.
• Marketing SMS (optional, separate opt-in) — recurring promotional messages about openings, special offers, and program announcements. Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of enrollment.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of opt-in are independent: opting in to transactional SMS does not opt you in to marketing SMS, and vice versa.

4. Email Communications & Opt-Out

If you provide an email address, we may email you about your inquiry, tour scheduling, enrollment status, and (only with consent) program announcements. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. To stop all email communication, click unsubscribe in any message or email us directly at the address below.

5. Data Sharing — We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (email delivery, SMS delivery, scheduling, website hosting) and only to the extent needed to provide their service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of children in our care.

6. Data Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as you are an active prospect or enrolled family, plus the period required by California childcare licensing regulations. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

7. Your Rights

• Access — ask what information we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information (subject to licensing record-retention rules)
• Opt-out — STOP for SMS, unsubscribe link for email, or contact us

8. Children’s Privacy

Our forms are submitted by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Information collected about your child is used solely for enrollment, care, and communication with you about that child.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our forms after a change constitutes acceptance.
