Welcome to Caring For Your Children. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website, our online forms, and the inquiry / enrollment communications that follow. By submitting any form on this site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Caring For Your Children operates a licensed home daycare program in Long Beach, California, serving children ages 0 through 12. Information shared on our website is for general informational purposes. Submission of an inquiry or waitlist request does not guarantee enrollment, and a confirmed tour does not guarantee a spot. All enrollment is subject to availability, age-group capacity, and acceptance by the operator.
Two consent levels are presented separately on each form:
To opt out of all SMS at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP or email us. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing.
By submitting a form with your email address, you consent to receive email related to your inquiry, tour scheduling, and enrollment status. Marketing email is sent only when you have separately opted in and contains an unsubscribe link in every message.
You agree to use this website lawfully. You will not attempt to interfere with, scrape, exploit, or overload our forms or services. Automated submissions, fraudulent inquiries, and spam are prohibited.
Tour requests can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time before the confirmed tour by contacting Allison at the email address below. Once enrolled, the daycare’s separate enrollment agreement governs withdrawal, notice periods, and tuition refunds — this website’s Terms do not modify the enrollment agreement.
We strive to keep information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that all content is free of errors. Operating hours, age ranges, pricing, and program offerings may change; the most current information is what is communicated to you directly during enrollment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caring For Your Children, its operators, and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website, its forms, or any communications sent through them. Our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to one hundred dollars (USD $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under California law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caring For Your Children from any claim arising out of your misuse of this website or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
